An all-in-one delivery platform: customer app, driver app and an operations dashboard
About the project
Zado is a complete delivery operation built as three interfaces working together: a customer app, a driver app, and an operations dashboard. Customers order food, groceries and pharmacy products from nearby stores in a few taps, with saved addresses, a secure checkout, and real-time tracking from pickup to arrival.
On the other side, drivers receive order requests the moment they are placed and can accept or reject them, get live navigation to pickup and drop-off points, update delivery status, and contact customers directly. The operations team oversees all of it from the dashboard: stores and products, driver accounts, delivery pricing and zones, and sales reports.
