A dashboard that runs an equestrian arena and its races from one place
About the project
The arenas dashboard of the Rebat Alkhail platform, used by each equestrian arena to run its day-to-day work: horse files with their details and documents, trainer assignment, entry approvals, race and heat scheduling, and payment tracking.
The screens are built around tables, search and filters because arena work means handling large numbers of records — with a fully Arabic, right-to-left interface and a stats board that sums up the season at a glance.
Key features
Horse files
Each horse's data and documents — passport, ID card and print — with age, type and payment status.
Trainers & entry requests
Assign or revoke a trainer, approve individual entry requests and follow their status step by step.
Races & heats
Create heats with their dates, distances, prizes, draw date and horse and reserve counts.
Season statistics
Counts of horses, trainers, owners, races and annual programs, with a performance chart.
